TheGigRig Isolator is the crowning glory of our modular power supply solution.
Each of the Isolator's 4 outputs deliver a very clean, isolated 9v DC supply and it is engineered to provide the ultimate power for your 9v pedals.
Its compact, lightweight design also helps keep your pedalboard light, small and free from bulky/heavy power supplies.
Using a combination of the Generator, Distributors, Isolators and Adapters, the system can be configured to provide isolated power to nearly every pedal and every voltage out there.
Setting the Isolator(s) up on your pedal board is easy. Each Isolator comes with 4 cut-to-length solderless dc power cables. You simply cut the dc cables to the length you need, then plug the cables into the terminal block. The black side goes into the black tab and the white stripe side goes into the white tab. Press each tab down and the cables are connected, there's no need for solder!
Designed to work as part of The GigRig Modular Power Supply, you can power as many Isolators as you need using the Generator and Distributor.

An easy, practical way to keep all my pedals sounding great during use (and sounding quiet when I’m not playing). Great addition to thegigrig’s modular power supply system
My board has a good isolated power supply to my pedals, except I needed to power a few others beyond what my power supply provides. I took one of the ports and used a daisy chain to power some utility pedals such as a summing pedal, but I still got a lot of noise. I replaced the daisy chain with the Isolator and the noise went away. My power supply gives isolated power to the Isolator which further isolates the power signal going to my utility pedals. I am a happy camper. It was a lot less expensive than buying a second power supply.
Delivers on its promise of clean, quiet power. As with other GigRig modules: easy to add to your setup, featherweight, and keeps things neat and orderly. Head and shoulders above other solutions.
Works like a charm for the three drives I have on my board. Tube Screamer (JHS Bonsai) and Klon (RYRA Klone) directly into the isolator and Vemuram Myriad Fuzz into the virtual battery then into the isolator. Great stuff!
A little pricey dont you think? My diagram provided by the thegigrig would have cost me $500.. however 2 distributors 1 isolator and a timelord for $300 has given me an experience well worth it..
Perfectly clean power. I’ve never had a pedalboard this quiet and I love it. Can’t praise this setup enough.
You know I dont know a whole lot about this stuff but I picked out a few pedals I liked and daisies chained them with a one spot and my pedals didnt sound kool anymore, but my buddy Matt woods from element eighty told me about the gig rig power supply's and will say this my distortion and fuzz sound awesome again thanks to the gig rig I am extremely pleased with the product and excited to try out some of the other stuff they have got going on there are easy videos with step by step instructions to get you started on YouTube the gig rogue YouTube channel it is totally awesome
I bought this to power a couple of pedals that required isolated power. I did not want to buy another primary power supply right now. This thing works great with both my older power supply and the mentioned pedals. Neat!
I have used these in very rig I use in my full time gigging guitarist/vocalist career ever since they came out. Dependable and convenient. It doesn't get any better. And I often use them with a portable Li battery power block for convenience so I can drop a small board down and go without plugging it in to the wall. Thanks GigRig!
