Split your signal, correct phase & kill hum.
Great for DI, reamping, wet/dry and plenty more besides.
The HumDinger was designed to eliminate earth loops in audio equipment by isolating the second output with a high quality audio transformer. Earth loops are a common complaint. As soon as the ground on your gear has more than one main route to earth, you have the potential for an earth loop. The best and safest way to get rid of an earth loop is to isolate the ground that is causing the hum.
Using the HumDinger to get rid of earth loops is easy. If you use 2 amps all you need to do is stick the HumDinger at the end of your effects chain. Your main (buffered) output goes to one amp and the isolated output goes to the other. Your earth is consistent through the main output but isolated through the isolated output.
Using a mains powered effects pedal, simply place the HumDinger in the chain after the mains powered effect. The Mains powered effect is your main ground and the ground from the amp is isolated.

Absolutely fantastic. Have it running a wet dry between by Fender Deluxe Reverb and Vox Ac30s1. Easy setup and great sounds!
Love the size, construction and quality. Well done.
The humdinger is the best quality splitter out there, it’s sturdy, easy to use, and just what I needed for wet/dry rig. Thanks Dan!
Using this for wet/dry split - such a great little problem solver!
I got the Humdinger v2 for my first foray into the world of a two-amp wet/dry set-up for home. The Humdinger is perfect... small in size, but HUGE in terms of quality and design. Was JUST what I needed (nothing more, nothing less), and I couldn't be happier with the results!
Once again, the gigrig knocks it out of the park! It is compact, solid, and performs perfectly! I got this so I could add some more flexibility to my home studio rig. It's awesome! I am currently using it early in my signal chain to send a clean signal directly to my recording interface for 1 channel, and then the signal from the rest of the board in a 2nd channel.
Never has a supremely useful piece of gear been simultaneously so pleasant to behold and interact with, so rock-solid in build, and so un-fussy in design. It fits anywhere on planet Earth and certainly in your rig; it comes lovingly wrapped in classy paper because it comes from people who are proud of it. It drives you immediately into the heart of phase freedom in wet/dry fields of Elysian glory. It does literally ding the hum. Dings it gone. Dings the crap out of it. It looks, acts, and feels immediately professional, but it's built to be accessible and awesome for guitar players, who are often quite sub-professional with questions of sound audio management. I can't speak highly enough of the Humdinger, and such a value-rich price point I can't but marvel. Nobly done, Dan and Co. Nobly done, friends. Everyone needs two of these.
Quality, compact, solid Love the way it works no problem adding to my pedalboard and the wet dry rig is just perfect. Achievable thanks to the gig rig humdinger
I had no idea how amazing a wed/dry rig would be until I heard one on That Pedal Show! I knew from then on...i needed a wet dry rig! thanks guys for making my dreams come true!
